Training classes for Department Administrators can be found in the UC Learning Center. Please work with your RSA to procure this role once training is completed.
Training
New FlexCard Cardholders must complete a UC Learning Center eLearning course before receiving a FlexCard. This course is available on demand and can be revisited at any time.
FlexCard Exams
The FlexCard Exam is required to be completed for all Cardholders on an annual basis to maintain active Cardholder status. The exam consists of eight multiple-choice questions, and a score of 7/8 is required to pass. There are no penalties for not passing the exam.
