On Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 9am, the Procurement team and the Office of Information Security (OIS) will present “Mini Tune-Up: Data Security + Purchasing/Contracts.”

This session offers a broad overview of data security requirements when making purchases on behalf of the university. Procurement and OIS will share why certain software, licenses, and IT-related services must be covered by a contract that with the UC Data Security Appendix, and how to correctly complete the OIS Data Worksheet.
