What do I do if an unidentified charge appears in Gateway?

Verify the legitimacy of the transaction with the Cardholder. As soon as a fraudulent charge is confirmed, the Cardholder must first contact U.S. Bank Fraud Division (800-523-9078) immediately to report it. Then the Cardholder must also inform their Department FlexCard Administrator of the fraud.
