The University of California (UC) has standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase that are attached to every purchase order (PO) in Gateway. Many vendors include terminology on their quotes stating their own terms govern any order. It is important to note that even if a quote includes a signature line, it does not necessarily mean the university needs to sign it. Most vendors will accept a UC purchase order without requiring a signature on their specific quote.
