Experts from EH&S and Procurement will explain the new legal requirements for live event labor and vendor safety training; in addition to how UCSB will operationalize these requirements and what Purchasing will be doing to assist departments through this process.

- Overview of the new Cal/OSHA live event labor requirement
- When the requirement applies to UCSB live events
- What certifications vendors must provide about employee safety training
- Required contract/PO language for compliance
