Contact the Enterprise Technology Service Center (ETSC) to set up new Department Security Administrator access to the GMC, as well as update or remove existing DSAs. Make your request by one of the following methods:
- Log in to the IT Services self-service portal at http://ithelp.ucsb.edu and select End User Services > Access and Accounts > Manage Department Security Administrators
- Call the ETSC Service Desk at 893-5000
Once you have DSA access, you will be able to log in to the GMC and grant yourself or other members of your department further access as a DPA (Department Purchasing Administrator).
