The University of California has standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase that are attached to every Purchase Order in Gateway. Many vendors include terminology on their quotes stating their terms govern any order arising out of use of their quote. It's also important to note that just because a quote has a signature line at the bottom doesn't mean UC needs to sign. Most vendors accept our purchase order without signing their quote.
