Introduction to the new Intercampus Recharge Form using the CCOA

Please join us on Wednesday, May 28, at 10am for a presentation by the General Accounting team introducing the new Intercampus Recharge Form, now aligned with the Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA).
This updated form replaces the current IOC Form used by UCSB to recharge other UC campuses and is designed to work seamlessly with Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC). The session will demonstrate how to use the new form to charge another UC location under the CCOA structure. The new form replaces the Intercampus Order and/or Charge Form (IOC).
Please note: This form is not intended for subcontract revenue or expense transactions with other UC campuses. Those transactions should continue to be routed through the Extramural Funds team.
